A prototype allows customers to prove product ideas to investors and customers. In addition, prototypes test concept with a real, functional model.

Beginning stage CAD services and prototype models help to quickly and efficiently visualize different designs, permitting informed decisions.

Prototyping is a cost effective way to modify or develop a product design prior to determining and investing in expensive tooling and/or production processes.

Utilizing prototype processes, Fibeco has built full-scale vehicles from the ground up, anything from chassis, ROPS/OPS, roofs, hoods, screens, lights, windows, doors, steering, components, seating, floor mats, hinges, handles, etc. Within this process, prototype tooling and parts can be quickly and inexpensively modified to accommodate constant design changes, interferences, and style preferences.

Fibeco has completed full project assemblies in house. Fibeco will assist with the design and fabrication of custom assembly components as close to the intended production parts as possible in order complete full assembly.

Fibeco has produced test parts used by customers in the field. These parts are manufactured with temperature and functional requirements in mind and similarly, with the material being production intent or the best alternative.

Realistic models such as 3D foam models will generally be used for display, photography, meetings, tradeshows, etc. This process also includes finishing, custom painting, and the full assembly of add on components such as inserts and decals.

Our goal as a prototype supplier is to provide parts for our customers to test fit, form, and function. Although some of our processes will not provide as strict of tolerance as what will have been provided in production processes. Despite this, we will provide parts that are cost effective and will prove out test and concept.
